If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us at support@clew.de within 5 days after delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A quick description of what you received instead
  • A clear photo of the incorrect item

Once we’ve got the details, we’ll sort things out and make sure the correct item is on its way to you.
