We aim to ship your gear fast — so if you need to update your shipping address, please reach out as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet:

We can usually update the delivery address. Please email us at support@clew.de and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Your new full address

If your order is already in transit:

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order is in transit. If delivery fails, the shipment may be returned to us — and we’ll contact you with the next steps.

Important:

CLEW is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout but not received by the customer. Please make sure all delivery details are correct when placing your order to avoid delays or losses.
