If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please try the following steps first:
1. Double-check the delivery address
Log in to your CLEW account or check your confirmation email to make sure the address was entered correctly.
2. Ask neighbors or building staff
Sometimes packages are left with a neighbor, at a nearby apartment, or a secure drop-off point.
3. Look for delivery notes or safe drop spots
Couriers may leave packages in safe areas like behind bins, in a garage, or under stairs.
4. Wait 24 hours
Occasionally, carriers mark a package as “delivered” a few hours before actual delivery takes place.

- Order number
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Tracking link (if available)
Important: CLEW is not liable for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to secure addresses where someone is available to receive the delivery.
